I recently watched He's Just Not That Into You and fell in love with Ginnifer Goodwin's character Gigi's nail color. It's the most stunning color of purple. The picture to the left doesn't do it any justice.

I looked everywhere for it, because I wanted the exact color, not a close match, and finally found it! It's the most gorgeous nail color, perfect for spring and summer.

This is the website you can purchase the nail polish at. It can only be purchased online and is quite exspensive with shipping. Depending on where you live for the one nail polish it's around sixteen dollars.

I wish they had a store so it would be easier to buy their wonderful nail polishes, but it's their loss.

Here comes the bride

It's 3AM and I can't sleep. So guess what I'm doing? PLANNING MY WEDDING! No I'm not getting married, but if I were, I'd be ready! I have my dress and bridesmaid's picked out. Though I secretly like the bridesmaid's better than the one I picked for me. Shh, don't tell anyone.

BCBG Max Azria makes the bridesmaid dresses and let me tell you...I lurrve them! They're not available anywhere, but since this is only a dream, I'll pretend they're available.

*I added the gold ribbon by the way. It used to blend in with the rest of the dress color, but I have mad photoshopping skills and turned it gold. It took some mad skills also, to find this dress. I first liked the dress when I saw it in a group picture online (where I got my inspiration to turn the ribbon on the waist gold) I had to search down the name of the designer and *WALAH* Thankgoodess for Google!

MY dress

*It's ALMOST a mermaid style, but in my opinion it's not quite. It's a tad more loose, though some may classify it with the mermaid type dresses. I do not. I like how "my" dress has the gold ribbon along the waist like the bridesmaid dress.

I lurrve what I've picked. Too bad that this won't be available when I get married.

I want to go SO bad. I almost could go, but see there's the "I don't have the money to fly to California" problem and the "Even if I did, I wouldn't have any money left to buy anything." I bet they give a mean SWAG bag though. It would be worth it to me just to pay $65 to get the free stuff. Lame I know.

I will have to, with a heavy heart, skip IMATS 2009. But there's always 2010!

WARNING: Explosive

I am beyond excited for the L'Oreal Telescopic Explosion to make it to the US! The wand is so different compared to other mascaras. This is similar to the Givenchy Phenomen'Eyes at Sephora, just won't break your wallet as bad. For Givenchy you pay twenty-eight and for L'Oreal you pay about eight.

It definitely looks different! Anyone know when this hits stores in the states?

Calling all shoe addicts!

H&M will soon be your favorite place to purchase shoes. On November 14th, H&M will carry a line of shoes and handbags designed by none other than Mr. Jimmy Choo. I wish we didn't have to wait so long for them to be out. Also, I don't know how long my feet will last in such high heels. But think about it, wearing designer shoes at an H&M price. Yes! Yes! Yes!

Beauty boo-boo's

Mistakes happen, but don’t let a minor beauty boo boo wreck an otherwise pulled-together look. Here are some common offenders and how to handle them with style.

Hair

Too much product equals limp, greasy-looking hair. Apply conditioner to the ends and only where damage is most prevalent. This mild tweak will add volume and prolong the time between washings.

Foundation

Avoid blotchy, uneven skin simply by waiting a few minutes after using moisturizer and before applying your foundation. You can also blot your face gently with a tissue to remove excess product.

Fragrance
Avoid spritzing perfume on your clothing, which doesn’t mix well with fabric fibers. Apply to pulse points and avoid rubbing in, which breaks down a fragrance’s structure and changes its scent.

Face
Over-plucked brows are all-too-common yet easily prevented. Instead of using a magnifying mirror, use a larger mirror, preferably near a window for the best light. Step back every few minutes to check symmetry.

Body
Even the most diligent sunscreen users often forget to apply in overlooked areas like the neck, back of the hands, even lips. These areas are among the first to show signs of aging, so don’t forget them.

Dooney and Bourke

I absolutely lurrve this purse! It's the perfect color, who doesn't love TURQUOISE?! Only downside...they don't sell it anymore and I wouldn't have $300 to spend on this treasure anyway. Have I ever said I want to marry a millionaire?
